The Quran is the central religious text of Islam, believed by Muslims to be a revelation from God (Allah). It is widely regarded as the finest work in classical Arabic literature and has been a source of guidance for over 1,400 years.
The Quran addresses humanity with guidance for all aspects of life - spiritual, moral, social, and legal. It contains 114 chapters (surahs) and was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) over a period of approximately 23 years.
Muslims believe the Quran was verbally revealed from Allah to Muhammad through the angel Gabriel, gradually over a period of approximately 23 years, beginning on 22 December 609 CE, when Muhammad was 40, and concluding in 632 CE, the year of his death.

Following his conversion, Yusuf Estes dedicated his life to spreading Islamic teachings through engaging lectures, videos, and online initiatives. He founded Guide US TV, a free-to-air Islamic television channel that reaches millions worldwide, making Islamic knowledge accessible to English-speaking audiences.
In 2012, he was honored as the Islamic Personality of the Year at the Dubai International Holy Quran Award. Known for his warm personality and ability to explain Islam to people from all backgrounds, Sheikh Yusuf has traveled globally, delivering lectures and promoting interfaith understanding.
